Alchemy of the Soul: A Day Retreat for Inner Transformation
Join us on November 2nd for a transformative day of self-reflection and ascension at The Lotus Centre, St. John’s. This retreat is designed to help you go inward, harnessing the potent New Moon in Scorpio energy for deep soul work.
Your day begins at 8 AM with yoga, meditation, and breathwork to ground and center. After a nourishing vegan breakfast, we’ll continue with yoga nidra, reiki, and journaling exercises for inner clarity. A clean, plant-based lunch will be provided, followed by past life regression, dyadic communication, and a closing divination circle.
